Banana Smoothie : 

  • Banana 1 ;
  • Chocolate powder – 2 tsp;
  • Peanut butter – 2 tsp (optional);
  • Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp;
  • Sugar – 1tsp(optional);

Blend all of them in the blender and serve it cool.

Orange and Strawberry Smoothie

  • Oranges – 2
  • Cantalope – ½ cup
  • Strawberries – 5-6
  • Sugar – 1 tsp(optional)

 

Blend them all in the blender and sieve it if the kid dosent like to drink along with the seeds.Serve cool.

Pineapple Smoothiepineapple-and-watermelon

  • Pine apple – ½ cup
  • Apple – ½ cup
  • Watrmelon – ½ cup
  • Berries – ½ tsp(any berries)
  • Sugar – 1 tsp(optional)

 

Blend all of them in the blender until smooth and serve cool.

Pomogranate with peach

  • Pomogranate – ½ cup
  • Peach – ½ tsp
  • Apple – ½ tsp
  • Carrot – 1
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp

Blend all of them  in the blender and then add the lemon juice at last and sieve the juice.Serve cool.
